We greatly enjoyed the place and its above average and very very good breakfast.
We found everything nice, can recommend it to anyone. Had relaxing stay as the service at this hotel, the staff were incredibly polite, location was marvellous in a very nice area. Location: the property was short walk to vineyards and a fabulous restaurant next door, easy walk up to town and beautiful gardens😃👍

nice hotel, well located and comfortable. breakfast buffet was 11 euros, good price for the products and quality offered. It is very varied and of good quality. With one exception, first day the orange juice was natural, next day it was from a bottle, is incomprehensible. Nevertheless, everything that can be said about breakfast is positive. There is a variety of cereals, two or three freshly cut fruits, variety of breads, vegetable milks, an assortment of teas, as well as quite a salty assortment, different types of eggs, sausages, turkey, Manchego cheese, fresh cheese, olive oils, margarines, jams, honey, gluten-free products. Everything is fine in terms of quality. hotel is very welcoming. swimming pool area is very nice, with its deckchairs on the lawn. people responsible for the reception are very friendly. Very nice and cosy rooms. spacious, well decorated, comfortable bed, Big TV. all of them have a balcony, There is a pillow menu. air conditioning works perfectly. it cools down very well, It's nice to go into the rooms. Free outdoor parking. They reserve for you the visits to the desired wine cellar. They offer you useful information.
Bar service is bad. You have to go to the bar to get things, there is a lack of personnel, and there is a lack of variety in the bar products.

The continental breakfast was totally worth it. The room was beautifully decorated and included a bath and a bidet.- The location of the hotel was quiet and just a short stroll away from Bodegas Palacio.- I liked the stay here and it was very pleasant.

Going and visiting the walled town and the doing a winery tour.
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. I also did not like the fact you could smoke inside the hotel - even in the in the Italian restaurant. I would not eat in the hotel if I stayed again because of this.

First of all, I would like to thank you for fulfilling my request to stay on the 3rd floor. room is very cozy, as the ceiling is made of wood and attic. decoration gives a very warm touch to the atmosphere. beds and pillows are comfortable. bathroom is very well equipped, with a (powerful) hairdryer. spa is very good, complete. free loan of bathrobes and direct access from the landing of your floor to the spa is appreciated, without having to go through the entrance of the hotel, as it has happened to me previously in other places. We had half board. Exceptional breakfast, sweet (especially the pastries) and savoury. dinner, exquisite, consists of a small appetizer, first, second and dessert to choose, with wine of year, water, bread and coffee included. Everything is cooked with very good hand and in service is impeccable. My congratulations to Leandro and Agurtzane for being excellent professionals. Finally, I would like to say that despite the fact that I have criticized the fact that there is a small part of the road to Laguardia without a pavement, way is fast. You walk about 700m and reach the lift that takes you up to the gates of the wall.
To say the least, the taps are double-controlled and that, to me, personally, seems uncomfortable. I am aware that this system is in line with the aesthetics of the room, but a single-lever tap, in my opinion, is easier to use.. On the other hand, I know this does not depend on the hotel, but there is a small stretch of road to the village that has to be travelled along the side of the road. It would be great if the walk was complete on the sidewalk and better lit to make a better path at night.

Rooms are extremelly noisy. Air conditioning is a disaster considering that the Hotel is quite new. We got the impression that the owners/managers have never sleep in the hotel. Everything seems to be OK at first sight but after some minutes you realise that this is only fir the picture.
